Steps to Follow to Rent our Facility |

Click through our Hall Space Availablity Calendar shown below to see the dates available. |

Once you visit the calendar and you see a date you are interested in and it isn't taken already, please use the "Suggest Event" button and we will be replying to your request as quickly as possible. |

Please use the word "Pending" as the first word in the title of your event. We will be taking that off after the date as been approved and payment paid. |

While in the "Suggest Event" page, please put in the "Note to the Calendar Administrator" area which floor you would like to use for your event. |

While waiting to hear back, open and print off a Hall Usage Agreement form and fill out while you wait to hear back from the Hall Space Manager for final approval and instructions on how to pay the required fee. |
