Once you visit the calendar and you see a date you are interested in and it isn't taken already, please use the "Suggest Event" button and we will be replying to your request as quickly as possible.

While in the "Suggest Event" page, please put in the "Note to the Calendar Administrator" area WHICH FLOOR YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE FOR YOUR EVENT.

While waiting to hear back, open and print off a Hall Usage Agreement listed below and fill out while you wait to hear back from the Hall Space Manager for final approval and instructions on how to pay the required fee.
